We used Bay Area SunShares to explore the option of going solar (they host online seminars which we learned a lot). Solar Technologies is one of the three pre-vetted solar providers. We ended up picking Solar Technologies because two main reasons, 1. Sunpower panels, 2. Nick who answered gazillion questions from us...
Everyone including the onsite and in office staff shows that customer satisfaction is their priority. Now we enjoyed looking up how much electricity being produced by our new system, 15 SunPower X22 panels. it is producing 35kwh on sunny days. The production not only depends on the size of the system but also sun exposure of the roof. Overproducing in summer months, the opposite in the rainy season.

The crew that installed was wonderful, very knowledgeable, professional, and did good clean looking work. I had a 5.6KW system installed and a 240 line for an EV charger added. I can tell they took their time to install correctly and did not rush themselves...
The wait from my order to the install was long (7 months) because they are so busy but the were upfront with the time estimate and gave me frequent updates.
Our purchase and installation of Solar Technologies solar panels was seamless. Their Sales Manager, Keenan Shaw, provided a very clear bid on the project and was completely accurate about the system's performance. The bid was exactly the same as the final cost, the cash back offer was honored, and the tax credit was super easy to apply on our tax return. I waited to write this review until everything that was promised came true and it did. I would absolutely recommend Keenan Shaw and his team at Solar Technology....they are fantastic!
Daniel and David did an excellent job installing the solar panels on my roof. Daniel did a good job explaining the details of every piece of equipment he installed. They are professional and courteous, completed the whole installation in 1.5 days
Daniel and the installation team were awesome -- prompt, courteous, pleasant, and professional. The project managers and sales team were also very helpful in answering numerous questions on my part. The process takes a few months but they kept me informed and responded to my update requests promptly, often within 24 hours or less. Overall, an very good experience from a great team installing a high quality product at extremely competitive prices.
Great job by the whole team at Solar Technologies. These guys are very professional and helpful from sales to installation. My electric bill is down nearly 85% so far and my solar panels look great on my roof. I couldn't ask for better service and I'm feeling very good about generating my own energy.
